I know Richard Neely and have worked with him in Thailand. As a professional diver working in the water everyday your body gets used to the temperatures you're working in. In thailand the temperature rarely drops below 27 degrees. At those temperatures all professional staff are in full length wetsuits, mine being titanium lined as well, and if the temperature drops to 26 degrees or below we are normally wearing hoods and gloves as well.
