Australia missing divers rescue: whole thing stinks...

I don't know the people but they are giving the whole of the diving industry here in Thailand such a bad name. There is something that just doesn't ring true about their version of things. I get the impression that the whole thing was staged and now they are just cashing in. If they had really just survived a near death experience I would not expect them to be ducking out of paying to be saved, after all it's not even their money. The other day they were quite willing to pay. Now the greed has set in. If it comes out they have staged it they need the book throwing at them and should be made to pay for ALL costs of the search and rescue effort and never be allowed to teach again.
