Another diver died on Sunday while scuba diving in an area where Florida officials want to boost tourism by sinking military ships as artificial reefs.

KEY WEST, Florida (9 July 2007) -- A young man died while scuba diving in an area where Florida officials want to boost tourism by sinking military ships as artificial reefs.

John Lumley, 23, was scuba diving at the USS Curb artificial reef site with two other divers when something went wrong.

The accident happened when the divers were at a depth of about 49 meters (160 feet) on their second dive of the day...
