	Was the (Kingfisher) dive boat seaworthy? Leigh - Master Instructor/Dive op September 10, 10:30:20 That same boat sank at anchor in chalong and spent a few months underwater before being raised and then sold again as a dive boat. Was it repaired correctly? When it was operating as a liveaboard dive boat it took a maximum of 12 passengers.  I doubt if it had a licence to carry almost 60.
