I remember Jim Abernethy's cowardly 'no comment'...

Yes I do remember reading the article a year or two ago about someone from my home state of Utah who died while they were scuba diving with Jim Abernethy's company. Jim did the same thing then — he said "no comment" when asked about the death of one of his customers. I remember thinking at the time how terrible the loved ones of the person who died must have felt when they read that.  I also decided at that time I would never go diving with Jim Abernethy or anyone else who can't even say "i'm sorry" when one of their customers die.
