Can you ban everything that has any risk?

First i would like to say the death in Florida is a horrible thing and I wish his family the best.  However can you really hope to ban all risk from life?  Four commercial divers that I know of have died in the US alone in the 3 short years I have been in the industry.  Should we ban commercial diving.

I worked with a girl that died in an auto accident when she forgot her purse at work and turned back to get it, maybe we should ban driving to work.

If you go by the numbers, shark diving is one of the safest sports in the world. Did they close down Nascar when Earnhardt died?  What about skydiving, mountain climbing, motorcycle racing. Should all these things be banned? Just because you do not enjoy swimming with sharks should no one be allowed to experience these amazing animals?

I for one will be counting down the days until I am back in clear blue water, surrounded by sharks.  If we ban doing everything that someone has lost his life doing, what would be left?
