Thanks Jonathan, we will avoid Aqua Safari in Cozumel...

Thanks for the info Jonathan regarding the Aqua Safari Dive Operation in Cozumel. This firm will be one for us to avoid when we visit Cozumel again. It does appear that Dive operators are not the only people interested in how many dollars they can get from the every day Joe diver. That's the same in everything in the scuba world. Everything is over priced. Thats the way it goes when 'demand' is higher than 'supply'. Little Joe Divers gets ripped off in more ways than one. I love diving and accept that I have to eat  a certain amount of crap during my adventure. Jonathan, your experience is just one mouthful you will have to swallow until the next mouthful comes your way. There are Too Many jumped up so called Dive Masters on these boats and I have yet to see a Joe Diver ask to see their credentials before boarding. As they say in the UK, Bollux to them. By the way Jonathan, Bonaire is a great place to shore dive. You should try there.
