	No scuba diving after 50? No way... Rick - Master Diver / Electrician February 8, 2008 at 19:54:13 These general statements of not diving after 50 are crazy. As long as your doctor gives you a clean bill of health, theres is no reason to stop diving until you are mentally unsure of yourself. My father is still diving at almost 70, has been diving for almost 50 years. He is also the dive buddy I would want if I ever needed help. When the time comes for him to quit it will be a sad day, but I know when he feels he can not dive safely anymore, he will stop. As for me , I'm over 50 and you will have to pry the regulator out of my mouth!!! Post a follow-up to this message CDNN HEADLINE NEWS
