March 2, 2008 at 10:29:05 It sounds like either his instrucotr failed to teach him to breathe continuously on ascent, not take big gulps of air, don't do things beyond your training level, or the student didn't listen to the "RISK AWARENESS" film that should have been played prior to the course he received.
