Scuba diving with prescription glasses: Yes and no...

You can't wear the actual glasses under your mask for fit reasons. You can get a custom ground mask lens to your prescription from your eye care provider. Contact lenses is another option, which I dive with, or if you eyesight isn't that bad you can go with nothing.  Personally I think you'll want to have the best vision possible. If you opt for the custom mask you can also get a filter added to improve color rendering underwater.
