This comment is aimed directly at Clayton. You are absolutely wrong to say that someone "deserves to be punished" because of a mistake or some governmental policy! How dare you! If a diver decides to dive somewhere it is his decision and his right. Who are you to dictate punishment just because the government of Antigua does not agree with your views? I agree that the Antiguan govt. should stop whaling but I will fight for my (and anyone else's) right to dive where I please. I will not stand by and let someone of your ilk force your opinion on the rest of us! "Deserves punishment" my a**. I'll be on the lookout for OW/ITs named Clayton.
