Sandals missing divers: Accountability?

Nothing is more frightening than stranding divers at sea.  But really, why must you use that hackneyed (and untrue) phrase "shark infested waters"?  Sharks are endangered and there is no such thing as a shark "infestation." I've been diving for 30-plus years and have seen a handful of sharks. Hardly an abundance, huh?

I'd sure like to see the dive instructors have to go through some strict training before they work the waters again. They're lucky (like the divers) that this blunder didn't result in fatalities.
