Rodale's had a good run but they made a terrible mistake hiring David Taylor to edit the magazine. Eventually Rodale's fired him but it was too late--Taylor had already ruined the reputation and credibility of the magazine with his strident attacks on the conservation community during the Florida shark feeding wars. I suspect the "ads for waivers" marketing scam is part of Taylor's legacy... |
