The problem with Scuba Diving Magazine is that they are extremely dishonest. It's diving according to the advertisers, not diving according to divers.  I'm not at all surprised to learn they attempted to lure dive operators into a marketing scam aimed at selling magazine subscriptions with liability waivers.
