	The woman died while scuba diving with Reef Adventures... Luis - OW / Company owner January 3, 2008 at 18:15:33 The woman was scuba diving with Reef Adventures when she died. I believe she also learned to dive with the same company, which is based in Key Largo. It appears the woman was very sick and should not have been involved in any scuba diving activities.  When I was learning to dive I had to wait to finish all of my open water dives because I caught a cold after the first one. I don't want to blame anybody without knowing all of the details of what actually happened in Florida, but in this particular case, it looks like the system completely broke down.
