I am considering getting rebreather certified and buying one. What are the safety issues here? "Then I turned back to look at him to make sure he was ready to go, and he was missing" - how does that happen? How long does it take to pass out with a rebreather malfunction (CO2 absorption not working)? Are there any significant differences between models? Any thoughts on these issues?
