	No Safe Harbor... Mary lou Hayden - AOL/Nurse May 31, 2005 at 20:49:26 I suggest everyone read No Safe Harbor.  Joe Burnsworth brings to the table the facts we 20 divers on the Wave Dancer DID NOT have: we were in harm's way.  He reports the National Weather Service and NEMO warnings which we never heard or were informed of.  In my mind, this settles the argument of responsibility:  Peter Hughes Diving Inc. and Captain Martin.
