No Safe Harbor...

I suggest everyone read No Safe Harbor.  Joe Burnsworth brings to the table the facts we 20 divers on the Wave Dancer DID NOT have: we were in harm's way.  He reports the National Weather Service and NEMO warnings which we never heard or were informed of.  In my mind, this settles the argument of responsibility:  Peter Hughes Diving Inc. and Captain Martin. This book reminds all divers to carefully consider the weather when diving in the hurricane belt from June to November.  (from one of the Wave Dancer survivors)
