	IMMARBE puts most of the blame on the captain... Barry H - Divemaster/Engineer February 28, 2005 at 23:30:56 I just read IMMARBE's report and if I understand it correctly, the captain gets almost all of the blame for the Wave Dancer tragedy because he did not monitor the weather reports.  That's why he stayed out too long and that's why he did not put the passengers on hurricane alert.
