	Memorial plaques are a placebo... Janice J - Rescue Diver/Health Care Professional October 22, 2004 at 1:30:01 What we want and need are full investigations of scuba diving accidents, not feel-good memorial plaques.  So why am I not surprised that three years after so many people died, there is a memorial plaque in Belize but nothing in the way of an accident report from the government?
