Elkins is wrong again--Peter Hughes feeds sharks...

Teresa Mars - Wife of Wave Dancer Victim Ray Mars
May 10, 2003 17:54:53

Ken Elkins should be certain of his facts, before stating that there is no shark feeding on the Sea Dancer at Turks & Caicos.  As it happens, one year before my husband was killed on the Wave Dancer, we were both on a trip on the Sea Dancer off Turks and Caicos.  I personally saw shark feeding by Sea Dancer crew and stood right next to him as he threw chicken parts into the water to attract sharks.  It very definitely worked, as several large sharks arrived, and more continued to arrive.

And, as for checking with the other guests, perhaps you did not notice that they are refusing comment.  It sounds very familiar to the survivors from the Wave Dancer, no answers whatsoever.

So there was shark feeding at the dive site where a Sea Dancer customer was severely injured (and nearly killed) by a shark, and I saw it myself. The fact that the other guests are not commenting just means that they were somehow silenced (complimentary dive trips?). Gee Ken, I wonder who would have done that?
