According to the CDNN report, another Hughes customer died on a reef hook dive in Palau. Apart from the environmental damage caused by thousands of divers hooking onto reefs at popular drift diving sites, it is extremely dangerous, especially for novice divers. The government of Palau should ban reef hook diving before Hughes and company ruin the reefs, kill a few more divers and then announce how delighted they are to be moving the boat to a new destination that has not been ruined (yet) by reef hook divers.
