It's the dishonesty of Peter Hughes that turns me off...

There are risks anytime you go out to sea on a live-aboard.  You have to trust the boat operator to follow the rules and act prudently.  In this case, I assume the Wave Dancer passengers trusted Hughes to make the right call.  Obviously he didn't.  What bothers me more than anything else about this tragedy is the way Hughes lied and tried to cover it up in the weeks between the capsizing of the boat and the announcement of the replacement. Clearly Hughes cannot be trusted and I don't get on boats and go out to sea with boat operators I can't trust.
