I will never take a Peter Hughes live-aboard...

I was planning a Peter Hughes live-aboard vacation in the spring.  But after reading the incident about the Wave Dancer and Peter Hughes handling of the situation I've decided that it would probably be safer to stay at a resort location.

It really concerns me to say the least that a reputable company such as Peter Hughes could have acted so irresponsibly in a matter concerning human lives. I guess the fact that people have seen how little responsibility Peter Hughes has accepted over this incident may somehow bring about the subject of just how safe are live-aboards?

And how much liability should be placed on a live-aboard operator when they have the reigns when it comes to your life?  I know I'll never take a Peter Hughes live-aboard because of the way the company tucked tail after the fact!
