I have also thoroughly inspected and photographed the Wave Dancer and can confirm Roscoe's statements. The vessel would not have passed US Coast Guard inspection for operation of a commercial passenger carrying vessel. It was a top-heavy, unseaworthy death-trap and that, along with inadequate emergency preparedness by the Peter Hughes company killed the Wave Dancer guests and crew persons.
