It is not over...

One year after the deaths of 20 people aboard the Wave Dancer, Dave DeBarger, president of the Richmond Dive Club, nonchalantly stated, "They who lost the most, got the most--I'm just glad it's over."  For DeBarger, it all ends happily ever after with a "Gosh, I'm awfully sorry we didn't evacuate..." check from Peter Hughes.

For those of us who truly care about the loss of our friends and loved ones, condemn the gross negligence and corporate greed that led to this unnecessary tragedy, and continue to fight for justice and accountability, IT IS NOT OVER.

We pray for the victims who were drowned aboard the Wave Dancer. We pray for their families and loved ones also victimized by the stupidity and negligence of Peter Hughes.
