Hughes is no better than Enron--maybe worse...

Capt Nigel's comments about the degree to which Peter Hughes was involved in all of the "let's take their money" decisions that caused 20 deaths will be answered in court. I am not a legal expert but obviously the captain is facing charges of criminal negligence and so is Hughes whether he was calling the shots or not (I suspect he was). One thing is absolutely clear however. Hughes is trying to cover up what really happened. In that respect, Hughes is no better than Enron--maybe worse because Enron stole money from its employees but Peter Hughes killed 3 of his staff along with 17 passengers.  Now it's back to business in Belize without skipping a beat. As Cyber Diver correctly stated in the Cyber Diver Special Report on the Wave Dancer deaths, nothing ever seems to change after these accidents no matter how irresponsible the operator was.  I hope this case will be different and justice will be served but I am not optimistic.
