their mission. At some point the money became an end in itself. Remember when they introduced the sponsor system that labeled contributors according to bank marketing gimmicks? Diamond Sponsor, Gold Sponsors, etc? Sheesh! Pity the poor lowly bronze sponsors running the small dive shops who ended up at the bottom of the pecking order. No way they'd ever get DAN to endorse the death of 20 boat divers! |
