	PADI bashing and the Scuba Diver cert... Keith A. Mattson - PADI Course Director/Dive Center Owner February 6, 2007 at 23:19:40 viewing all the posts it seems like 80% of you folks were in dipies during the 70's. PADI had a basic scuba diver certification then, I certified a lot of military kids to that level in the 80's. I have seen instructors and instructor trainers from all training agencies that should not be teaching.They just paid the fees and were certified. So lets knock off the bashing of any agency.
