However I feel that all certifying agencies lack one or two particular elements that make them a great training agency. They all have their faults. But when you constantly bash one agency and only give a one sided view, then its your credibility, as a journalist, that comes into question. I teach PADI however I also have taken Naui, TDI and other agencys training coarses. I have also never heard of any instructor, allowing a 1 1/2 day or 2 day training coarse, to enable a person a license to dive unrestricted.
