	Scuba Diver cert vs Open Water Diver cert... Sandy - OWD (in Nov)/Software Tester July 11, 2006 at 13:11:36 As I was reading thru the postings I noticed several people referring to the "scuba diver" cert versus the "OWD" cert.  I wasn't aware there was a "Scuba Diver" cert.  I thought the "OWD" was the first level of diving certification.
