divers from the shore. They never even went into the water with new divers. He showed me the book where it was outlined how you could supervise by watching bubbles. Is that nuts or what! I can only hope its something they no longer practice. So I think it's safe to say that both have issues and could do things better. Lets stop the finger pointing and work together to improve our industry. If we don't the government will screw it up for all of us. |
