All diver certification agencies are working towards safety...

I was a military diver. I enroled with PADI because my two daughters did their Junior Open Water with PADI.  I could have stopped at Advanced Open Water level, but I discovered lots of things I never got to do as a military diver. I went on doing 5 PADI specialties, the EFR course as well as PADI Rescue Diver. I have added PSAI's Advanced Nitrox to that. There is one thing I discovered. Whichever organisation you learn diving from, all of them work towards safety in diving.
