Less training for divers who dive less? Wrong again...

I've heard some people argue that it's OK not to properly train casual divers who dive only once or twice a year. I disagree.  The notion that less training is appropriate for divers who dive less is completely absurd. If anything, they should be given more training to compensate for their lack of experience.
