Most of the fault lies with us...

I totally disagree with 'PADI Scuba Diver:Unsafe at any Depth'

I think that most of the fault lies with us, we all have been told that as Open Water divers, we should not go deeper than 18 meters, but I can assure you, I have seen a lot of Open Water divers happily getting at depth of 25 or more with out any second thought whatsoever.

We all have been told not touch or disturb marine life as some of them can be very dengerous even though they may look innocuous to untrained eyes  but not many seem to have heard that either.

So here we go go again. I think that the rules and regulations can do so much and are obviously needed, indeed.  But finally it all lies with us.

And for a laugh have you tried to drive in Italy, it is very funny...
