PADI 'Scuba Divers' should not try to dive like OW divers...

My girlfriend and I are newly certified divers and we feel that the training we got from our instructor, and his assistant instructors, was great.  However, I feel sorry for someone with a PADI "Scuba Diver" certification who attempts to dive like an Open Water diver. Not only do they put themselves in danger, they put everyone around them in danger as well.  PADI should make it mandatory for every diver to be at least Open Water certified. There is too much involved to learn in one day, and as everyone knows, you make a mistake, and it very well could be your last.
