decide on their ability and proficiency, as well as diving establishments to thoroughly check customer's abilities (a C-card is not enough proof). At the end of the day every diver is responsible for two things: their own safety and the safety of their buddy. I think a lot of divers overlook these rules, simply to get wet. |
