More importantly, the problems that delayed the patient's access to medical care are under critical review (as required by law) and will no doubt be resolved to the benefit of all divers and all patients who require emergency medical treatment. Conversely, recent CDNN news articles reveal that divers in America died after the "free-market-system" denied them hyperbaric medical treatment. By all accounts, it seems likely the "free-market-system" problems that prevented divers from accessing life-saving medical treatment will only get worse. Karl, can you say "Enron"?
