	Scuba laws and regulations... Fred - OWSI/Professor of Education September 5, 2007 at 06:49:03 I am a certified scuba instructor with PADI. I am struck by this article, for I am unsure of the scuba laws in New Zealand and how recreational divers are taking it upon themselves to be qualified to dive? Can a person let me know what this is about for if divers are dying, regulations such as those from PADI, NAUI, etc, need to be looked into.
