August 1, 2007 at 08:05:46I am not familiar with how things work elsewhere but in this part of the world, scuba diving waivers are completely worthless.
After scuba diving accidents that result in death or injury, the instructor or divemaster always get sued and they always lose. That's because here the courts hold them 100% responsible for whatever happens to their customers. |
