	Gilboa Quarry not for new divers in the deep end... Captain Bob - Instructor Trainer/Dive Center General Manager September 12, 2007 at 07:29:22 Gilboa Quarry has been a place to dive and get certified since the early 90s.  The deep side is not for beginners or tech wannabees with more credit cards & gear than sense.  The new owner isn't diver-friendly.  I certified divers there for 10 years.  At least 8 divers have met their fate on the sulfer-darkened cold side of the quarry.
