	Gilboa Quarry wasting money on fun diving gimmicks? Oliver T - AOW/Graphics Designer August 15, 2007 at 23:16:48 My impression is that Gilboa Quarry owner Mike Williams is a businessman who wants to spend his money on amusement park gimmicks rather than to enhance emergency preparedness.  I don't know how much it costs to sink old helicopters and airplanes in the pond but it can't be cheap.  Wouldn't that money be better spent on emergency preparedness?
