Andy - Open Water October 15, 2007 at 14:29:42 Correa has been consistent in his approach to protecting the ambiental especial place of Ecuador.  There is a clause in the legislation that permits fisherfolk to use sharks already caught, and already dead.  The Economist is a right-wing mega-phone that has recently tried to connect Correa with Chavez, Castro, Morales, and Mao.  Nothing could be further from fact.  He has support to kick the corruption out.  That is his mandate.  You don't get it.  Nor do you care.  Be careful what you read.
