	Is this dive shop owner really growing his business? Luis C - Instructor/School Teacher November 26, 2007 at 23:02:25 After reading the comment about how not to pay staff salaries by cycling DMs through the store, I wonder how this shop can even continue to do business at all. You'ld think that after a few folks get the idea that they would go to another shop for better tratment and service. If we are in this business to grow the industry, then by doing what this shop does, are we not shooting ourselves in the foot for the future. I could expand on this but that would take to long, but to put it as simple as possible, its through actions like this that we will only hurt the industry as we continue to advertise the potential for professional growth.
