If DAN really wants to help divers, why do they sell accident reports?...

If DAN is really a non-profit and their mission is really to make diving safer, then why are they selling the annual report on diving fatalities and injuries?  All divers should have access to information that would help them better understand factors that contribute to scuba diving accidents.  Commercializing death and debilitating injuries and exploiting accident victims to sign up more members and sell more insurance really stinks.
