PADI of resuscitation agencies. Skin diver was put out of its misery and in a lot of countries DAN (as a certification agency) is irrelevant. I want a dive magazine where the articles are written by people that pull no punches, not ones where the recipient of a free holiday has raved about the host. I want a resuscitation agency that gives a quality service for a fair price, not a mediocre one for the top price. |
