Steve Broadbelt is destroying scuba diving in the Cayman Islands...

Michael D - Instructor / Dive Shop Owner

After reading Steve Broadbelt's comments about why he thinks dive operators in the Cayman Islands should ignore government safety regulations, I have decided I cannot in good faith take my customers there.  It's one thing to ignore regulations that help to save lives. That's bad enough. But it's quite another thing to lie about it just to save a few bucks. Steve Broadbelt is not promoting the Cayman Islands as a safe, enjoyable dive destination. He's attacking government regulations according to the dive industry "self-regulation" mantra and in the process, he is directly responsible for killing every tourist who dies while scuba diving or snorkeling in the Cayman Islands.
