RW - OW / Designer March 18, 2008 at 21:37:09 Your comments about Steve Broadbelt's Ocean Frontiers dive shop and his Compass Point Condominiums are spot on in my opinion.  I agree that the entire operation is a big rip-off. I also agree that the Compass Point Condominiums are awful.  The whole mess looks like it was developed with a cheap, industrial, prefab building contractor rather than an architect with experience designing world-class resorts that blend into the landscape rather than destroy it.  Honestly, I've seen old, dilapidated, low-rent tenement buildings that look more inviting.
