Good boy!  Now how about 'Oceania'?  Excellent!  Remember the 'Soviet Union'? Apparently BSAC's 'accident report territory' is based on nationalism, specifically the UK.  On the other hand, DAN America's 'accident report territory' seems to be based on regionalism, specifically North America.
