But the facts cannot stop BSAC members from exploiting Lesley Clark's tragic death to indulge themselves in their second favorite sport -- PADI-bashing -- which underscores another fact BSAC members prefer to ignore. BSAC's steady decline into provincialism and irrelevance has a lot more to do with BSAC's own failings than anything PADI is
