BSAC stats revisited...

"Therefore BSAC's 37,000+ members amount to less than 5.5 per cent of UK divers. But according to BSAC's own stats, every year BSAC members account for one third to one half of the reported accidents and in some years more than half of the fatalities."

Or BSAC members are more consistent in reporting incidents/accidents. As most of the other agencies dosnt collect stats, BSAC will have the greater part. Its af matter of mathmatics, not divetraining.
